No more surface pooling, heaps more space!
That’s what Permcon has delivered for Holy Cross Catholic School, says Principal Janice Borsos.
Permcon permeable concrete was specified to maximise hardstand coverage, while meeting the site’s stormwater management requirements. Stage one included a 130m² area, with a further 330m² planned as the redevelopment continues.
“We’ve found that the Permcon permeable concrete reduces stormwater runoff and improves drainage across our grounds,” said Brosos.
“It has eliminated surface pooling and freed up space that would otherwise be used for bulky retention tanks.
“We love the option of being able to replace our traditional concrete surfaces with Permcon to help to preserve, protect and future proof our local environment!”
