At Fairway Gardens retirement village in Auckland, 480m² of Permcon permeable concrete was installed by By Design Concrete and Paving in the first stage of the development for footpaths, car parks and rights of way.
The success of the first stage has seen a further 415m² of Permcon permeable concrete specified for the next phase.
